Advantage Title was founded in May of 2015 by attorney Perre Cabell. The management team and foundation of Advantage Title began in 1998 when Perre Cabell and Tom Hall were two of four partners in a regional title company along with Benji Godbold, our current operations manager. This company's business model focused on closing refinance loans with... borrowers across all southeastern states.
