Two thirds of the engineers on the company's staff are Registered Professional Engineers to ensure the company has experienced engineers over seeing the company's projects. The company endeavor to produce quality Construction Documents that provide other design professionals, owners, and contractors with a clear idea of the structural system the company has designed. The company encourage the company's staff to design and detail the projects they work on as if each project was "their own personal project they are going to construct and finance".
