Michelle Holt is the Executive Assistant to the company founder, Bill Ray. She began her career in the financial services industry in 2004 when she became a product of the product. She is passionate about the success and happiness of families her own and others. As a result, she obtained the necessary licensing to work with families in assisting th... em to build sound financial plans that would carry them through good times and bad. Over time, she realized she preferred working behind the scenes, motivating, encouraging and supporting others to help families secure their futures and achieve their dreams. She is an integral part of the organizational framework that allows those working in the field to successfully do what they do. Her favorite role is that of a mother and she sometimes wears her mom hat to work where she enjoys being just a little bit bossy. Mostly, she wants to see people succeed with the necessary tools to create joyful, happy lives without the burden of financial worries. I along with my wife Gina and our three children: Caleb, Sarah and Joshua live in the Layton, Utah area. We are not native to Utah but have grown to love the Great Salt Lake and the mountains that surround it. I am an avid outdoorsman. I love being in the mountains hiking, camping, fishing, hunting and when possible doing most of it on horseback. I am originally from a small Idaho town where my life was molded by parents and grandparents who loved the land and ranching lifestyle. I learned very early what it meant to put in a hard days work whether it be picking rock out of new plowed field, hauling hay in the hot sun or moving cattle from one range to another.
