McCabe Inc., a builder-oriented firm that specialized in acreage development and new home sales. Mr. Julian focused on income property and development and was continually searching for potential sites and overseeing the processing of project entitlements and land development of subdivisions. In 1981, he formed Advanced Realtors. Mr. Julians personal investment experience includes past and present real estate holdings in excess of one billion dollars.
