Advanced Integration Technologies has been incorporated since 1994. We started out specializing in inventory tracking systems, utilizing bar code data collection technologies. Over the years we have utilized many different technologies (besides bar code data collection). We have used radio frequency terminals, industrial voice recognition, RF ID ta... gs and others, all in an attempt to better arm our client with the controls and information needed to better manage their inventory. In the early years most of systems were placed in warehouse environments. Many of the users, especially in the mid 1990's, were warehouse personnel that had little or no experience with computers. Yet we were asking them to use specialized computers in order to successful track the inventory as it moved within the warehouse. We learned quickly that the best system would fail miserably if the user was not comfortable with the system. We learned that the best systems are the simplest. Give the user what they need, give it to them in a language they understand, and then listen to their suggestions.
