About Advanced Fire Protection
Established in 1974. We sell and service portable fire extinguishers and commercial fire Suppression systems. Advanced Fire Protection is an Authorized Ansul Distributor and we also are a distributor for Amerex fire extinguishers. Our service is what makes us stand out from the others. The business started on the back porch of Bill Laden's house in South New Berlin in 1974 and quickly outgrew that location so Bill built a new building on Rt. 12 south of Norwich in 1976. In 1987 Bill sold the business to a company from Utica and the day to day operation was taken over by Chris Weber from Binghamton, Chris ran the company until the fall of 1989, at that time Pete DeVinne took the reins and continued as manager and purchased the company in 1999 and with help of an excellent local workforce we continue to provide stellar service to our fantastic customers.Explore more
