Stu has been with AES since 1982. He is responsible for looking after the daily allocation of work throughout the factory, both production and workshop. Stu works closely with our fitter-turner-toolmaker and our apprentice to ensure we complete as much of our own maintenance as possible and keep the cogs ticking over without delay. Fred has a busy... and varied role at AES. He is always on the go ensuring the stores are running smooth and efficiently. Fred has looks after our export orders to Australia and Malaysia as well as our purchasing and stock control for the store. Fred's weekends are kept busy with his young family, and his interest in fishing. [...] Jason started at AES in 2011 as a trainee design engineer. His role has changed significantly over his time here, now overseeing production, new product design, process development and technical queries. Jason loves fishing and hiking in his down time, and getting out walking his dog. Kiran started at AES in 2013 completing his work experience during his final year at AUT studying a Bachelor of mechanical engineering degree.
