The Organization for Reunification & Rehabilitation of Children & Families(ORRCF) provides information and assistance to children and families in New York communities who have been negatively affected by the Administration for Children's Services (ACS). ORRCF informs, educates and addresses the need for change in ACS procedures, family courts and t... heir handling of people in general. ORRCF provides vital information to help guide at-risk parents to resources which can prevent their children from becoming institutionalized. ORRCF assists in reuniting low-risk families after the ACS and the Family Court become involved. Over the past few years, ORRCF Director Woody Henderson has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) representative, Chairman of the National Action Network's,(NAN's) Committee on Administration for Children's Services (ACS) and founder of ORRCF. Assisting and advising people that have been caught up in the bureaucracy of the ACS and family courts have always been at the forefront of Woody Henderson's struggle for justice.
