Adirondack Bee

We are a family owned and operated apiary located in the foothills of the Adirondacks. Our farm is on 20 acres of beautiful country fields. We currently manage 5 bee hives, which we plan to expand on every year. This bee farm was first started out of curiosity for bees, so naturally we got one hive. As we continued to learn and gain knowledge on th... e difficulties of the struggling honey bee population we decided to step in an help. Our bee farm is completely chemical and pesticide free. All of our honey is straight from the hive!Our honey has many health benefits because it has not been processed and still carries the many phytonutrients which are the antioxidant, antifungal and antibacterial properties of pure raw honey. The honey is produced in the hives which are placed in our fields. Then carefully and mindfully we take the frames which the bees worked so hard to fill with honey. We then extract the honey from the frames and hand bottle and label each one our jars. We then take the remainder of honey thats left in the frames and let the bees clean them up for us. We hope you enjoy our delicious honey as much as we do! Our mission is to help the environment. With bees being the foundation of life by pollinating all of our crops its a necessity that we understand how valuable they are to the environment.
