Regardless of whether its classic puzzles, logic games, or finding the right growth strategy to rei... nforce the stability & scalability of an organization, I have always been able to see through the chaos to find the elegant solution. The first 20 years of my career were a deliberate mix of senior roles managing and leading all aspects of revenue production: product management, pricing, marketing, sales operations, and the data operations & analytics that thread through the full process. This breadth of experience allows me to see and evaluate options through a variety of lenses to find the best options and understand their impact throughout the value chain. Starting as a marketing & financial analyst for B2C companies, I progressed to roles as Director, Pricing & Revenue Maximization, and then VP, Product Management & Business Operations for a B2B data platform & marketing agency. From there, I was able to leverage these skills for entry into the education industry that Ive always been passionate about. I joined 2U, Inc. as EVP, Marketing & Analytics where I built the Marketing, Analytics, and Enrollment Operations teams over the course of almost four years. After 2Us IPO, I was recruited for the CMO position at General Assembly where we launched several new locations and new programs firmly establishing their leadership position in the market. I launched Adaptive Consulting in 2015 to bring my experience, passion, and expertise to a larger set of mission-driven organizations.
