ADA is recognized for producing high-quality injection moulds and highly accurate multi-cavity moulds. ADA Mould adopted international advanced system - CAD/CAM/CAE in mould design and... injection molding. We use professional software such as UG, Pro-E, Solidworks, IDEAS, CATIA, and so on. Customer provide the 2D or 3D drawings in DXF, DWG, PRT, SAT, IGES, STEP format etc, or just send us the sample. We will scan the sample and make product blueprint, start the mould design after customer's confirmation, and we can customize the existing projects. ADA will run a very detail project evaluation at the very beginning and offer a DFM report for customer further discussion, considering detail items about the mold design, part design improvement etc, then find a solution which makes customer most satisfied. ADA also provide full 3D mold drawings and 2D mold layout for customer's approval. We offer mold trial and provide mold test samples for customer's final approval. At the same time, we also can design mould according to customer's requirement, such as DME, HASCO standard. After the final approval on the mould by customer, we will pack the mould with standard exporting package to avoid any damage during the long distance delivery by sea or by air. And the necessary documentation and certification, and some spare parts will go with the mould. We also can provide the electrodes for the mould if customers request specially. Each mould components will be produced and inspected strictly according to separate standard drawing.
