Active Body Conditioning was established in January 2012 with the aim of providing a personal, safe and warm environment for exercise and to assist in fighting the battle of chronic disease and disability. Employing University Accredited and nationally recognised Exercise Physiologists to ensure that the greater community has access to information... and equipment to improve their quality of life. Active Body Conditioning's (ABC) Exercise Physiologists provide specialised interventions through exercise testing, health and physical activity education and extensive knowledge. We also provide advice, support, and prescription for management of chronic disease, injury specific, musculo-skeletal, neurological and cardiac rehabilitation as well as personal training for general health and well-being. Exercise has been known to assist in managing or reducing many health risks. Some of these health risks include type II diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, heart disease, depression, mental illness, asthma, cancer, obesity, hypertension, coronary artery disease (CAD), Peripheral vascular disease (PVD) and many more. ABC's services are available to all despite age, size, shape or any other factor.
