At Activate Physiotherapy & Pilates we have invested substantially in both our equipment and our people, to build a clinic which combines state of the art diagnostic technology with cutting edge treatment techniques. Whilst we care for many high profile sports people, we have also spent many years looking after children, mums and dads. We have stro... ng ties with the local community through our work with Wests Subi Rugby, UWA Nedlands Football Club and Nedlands Golf Club. We are particularly passionate about working with junior athletes, and our clinic has also developed a free scoliosis screening program for school children in partnership with local radiologists. Our other passion is pilates. Our physios have trained extensively with DMA clinical pilates, the same method that has been used behind the scenes at Collingwood over the past 4 years to maintain one of the smallest injury lists in the AFL. All initial pilates assessments include using real-time ultrasound to assess your core muscle activation, and we have a variety of class times available. The depth of knowledge & clinical experience across our clinic means that we can confidently take you from acute injury to wherever you want to go, whether it is back to the gym, walking the dog, starting pilates, or onto the sporting field. Every person's pathway back from injury is different, and we will develop you a customised treatment and exercise program that reflects this.
