A large restaurant or pub company will have a project manager, site manager and BDM (Business development Manager) on hand to oversee the whole project from start to finish to ensure cost is kept to a minimum and each stage is a success to the next step so the end product is a success to the future of the business so why should you expect less from... your consultancy or Consultant.
