Stakeholder analysis is a key integrative technique that can help project team members understand and appropriately focus upon the needs and expectations of individuals inte... rnal and external to the project. It often provides the team with new perspectives and basic measures that help assess project risks for proactively uncovering and removing barriers. Stakeholder analysis provides additional benefits and tools that should prove valuable to the project team such as sets of previously unspoken project requirements and expanded communication and risk management plans. Note: A certificate for 16 Professional Development Units (PDUs) will be provided for successful completion of the workshop. These hours can also apply towards the required 35 hours of project management training for those preparing for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) examination. The PMI Northern Utah Chapter will be holding its monthly chapter meeting in the Empire Room (Main Floor) on Thursday, 18 November. We will be joining them for lunch but you must register separately with the Chapter. Lunch will be included in the costs for Friday, 19 November.
