Example: say your budget was a $45 dollar light, but then when you looked at the budgeted light it wasn't what you thought and would rust in a year or two. So you pick something else after you signed the contract for budget price you find out the quality light you actullay like is more like $175. This gets conveniently added on to your bill along with a $50-$100 charge for a job change order. If you have ever built a home it is the same process. We are honest up front and we will save you 10%-15% vs. anyone else. 3. How long has the company been in business? Gregg Simmen founded the company in 2000. Gregg started installing his own work and knows all the processes from the ground up and picked up team members along the way that are still with him today as part of the installation team.
