ACI has been serving the Chicago metropolitan area since the fall of 1984, under our original trade name of AFFORDABLE COMMUNICATIONS, INCORPORATED. Our objective was to provide customers with a direct, honest, no-nonsense approach to addressing their on site telecommunications needs. Although our name was shortened to ACI, Inc. in 1990, our produc... t line and services have been expanded over the years to keep up with an ever-growing industry. However, we take great pride in the fact that we still practice, and maintain our original objective. ACI is an authorized and technically certified distributor of ALLWORX, our full VOIP solution, the TELRAD CONNEGY family of digital and VOIP switching equipment, and the NEC DS 1000/2000 and NEC DSX digital switching systems. We continue to service our PANASONIC DIGITAL KXT series telephone systems and the Northern Telecom (NORTEL) systems. We presently serve a customer base with needs that range from the smaller office with only three or four telephone stations, to companies that have multi-campus switching networks with voice and data, integration, and VOIP connections.
