The well equipped setup has enough communication facilities including two dedicated incoming lines for customer call logging.ACHTEN TECHNOLOGIES maintains enough stock of spares and stand-by equipments to minimize the down time at custo... mer location. Achten Technologies has a very effective customer call handling system to handle customer service requests. Our on line service management portal will be made operational for customer very soon. This will enable our customers to log their complaints on line and also keep track of the call progress. We have well trained and certified team of engineers and other supporting staff to handle the customer support needs. For specific products like monitors, printers and chip level repairing of boards we have couple of vendors empanelled with us. Our software development facility has a computer lab equipped with IBM Server and Systems with un interrupted Internet connection. The meeting cum theory room has a capacity of 20 people.
