Ace Paint Contracting was founded by James E. Gardiner Jr. in 1988 primarily servicing the residential market. Through James's dedication to quality and service... he was able to develop relationships with most of the premier residential construction contractors in his area. Throughout the years he has expanded operations to include the painting of churches, schools, medical facilities, state and federal government projects, LEED certified projects, historical restorations and multi-family facilities. Over the past 24 years Ace Paint Contracting has grown from James as a 1 man operation to a well-organized, professionally operated company that employs, during the course of year, over 25 people, with the core group having an average tenure of 8 years with company.
