ACE FORUM

ACE Forum (better known as "Wossing" from the nineties) is a one-stop traditional learning center in the heart of Chinatown. Small interactive groups or private pairing is the hallmark of activities here. Our original Wossing Center was established in 1991 on Mott Street Chinatown - then a one-room shop where four partners took turns to teach Engli... sh, Spanish, Math or Cantonese, play the erhu, or have a document translated as we rushed you on your way to the courthouse. Today, ACE Forum resides at 243 Grand Street in the hub of the newer side of Chinatown, a 3-storey tenement building that provides all manner of genuine no-frill learning. In addition, we have become an All-Chinese consulting station at the global crossroad of America, China and Southeast Asia. Besides year-round classess in Chinese language (Mandarin, Cantonese and more) and a wide range of music and cultural arts lessons, we also provide Chinese translators, interpreters, tour guides & entertainers to serve on-site events and functions, conduct market research and focus groups for Chinese interest groups, assist American students seeking study-abroad or field-trip programs to China and Southeast Asia, and provide Chinese induction programs to professionals looking for transition to Beijing, Hong Kong or Kuala Lumpur.
