Manufacture of cement finally at such places requires the DFA and gypsum to be transported to such places from Tamilnadu and Karnataka then transportation of the finished cement back to the bordering States where it is needed for consumption and thereby adding to the logistic costs significantly. The Company manufactures various varieties of cement like Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) of 53 grade, 43 grade and Portland Pozzalona Cement (PPC) to suit different needs of customers and all these products are being sold under the Brand Name ?ASIAN CEMENT and ESSAR CEMENT?? which has already become popular in Andhra Pradesh, has now found its acceptance among the customers in the neighbouring States as well. The Ace Cemex Private Limited, plants are located strategically very near to the border of the state with Tamilnadu and Karnataka and comparatively near to Kerala and Puducherry, which are the consuming States.
