Accessible Care

Accessible Care is a Kent County Council (KCC) approved provider of home care services to clients throughout Kent. Our team have a wealth of experience within the care industry, ranging from residential care, hospital and community settings, helping the elderly, mental health needs, learning disabilities and the physically disabled. These care packages are developed to enhance independence and re-enablement, allowing our customers to take greater control of their lives. Running our service this way allows our customers to retain and develop skills that enable them to live independent, fulfilling lives at home for as long as possible. Accessible Care aims to ensure that our customers, their primary carer, and family, are the people who lead the care packages. We achieve this by promoting their active participation both at initial assessment and during regular review. We feel that this process ensures that customers feel secure and confident in the care and support being delivered to them. Each care plan may be adapted at any time by the customer; and we will consider all wishes and preferences, safe in the knowledge that it is often the minor details that help provide the best personalised level of care.
