Access, Inc. has consistently received the highest possible national accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Individualized tailored services are developed through a team process with the person served and their families/advocates as the guiding force for services, program plans and goals according to... the person's desires, choices, needs and abilities. A well experienced staff provides the supports, training, and safety oversight to assist the person served to develop independence, employability skills, daily living skills, community skills, health and safety skills, socialization and communication skills, self-esteem and personal satisfaction. The overall goal is to support person's served to advance to more independent living situations and competitive community employment. Services are provided in a friendly, supportive atmosphere of respect and dignity for everyone. We always welcome input and strive to continuously assess and improve the quality of services through an open and honest relationship with each person served, their families/advocates, funders, and the public.
