Accademia is an independent think-tank based in Westminster. We bring a probing, scientific mindset alongside a determination to delve deeply and critically both into issues of topical relevance and areas of more long-term strategic importance. A particular emphasis is on the role that new technologies and innovations can play in the development of... public policy both at home and abroad. Working with academics, politicians and industry leaders, we provide an evidence-led platform to analyse the challenges which lay ahead in a whole range of policy areas, from science and research policy itself to the broader issues of skills, defence, global food security and international development efforts. In keeping with our data-driven outlook, we do not seek to manipulate or mobilise data to advance any immediate party-political agenda.
