AcadeMedia's Board of Directors outlines the Group's international growth strategy
At the Board of Directors’ strategy meeting in March 2025, the Board outlined how AcadeMedia’sAcadeMedia plans for more openings in Germany - approaching the target of 10,000 pre-school places
AcadeMedia has decided to open 600 additional preschool places in Germany. This means that AcadeMedia now has approved new openings corresponding to around 2,000 preschool places in regions where demand is high. Once the preschools are open, AcadeMedia will have more than 10’000 preschool places. Today, AcadeMedia has 98 preschools with more than 8,000 preschool places in Germany. The following resolutions were passed at AcadeMedia’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) held today on 28 November 2024 in Stockholm. Election of the Board of Directors and auditor The AGM resolved, in accordance with the proposal from the Nomination Committee, that the number of Board members appointed by the general meeting shall be seven without deputies.
