As head of the company my background includes many years in research where I worked to produce, analyse and report on qualitative data. I know what is involved in dealing with the large amount of output from this type of research methodology. I know of the great need for accuracy when transcribing the spoken word to written word; of 'getting it right' because conclusions will be drawn from our transcripts of what people say and direct quotes will be used in reports to support those conclusions.
