The company has successfully operated in Kampala City for the past seven years working on both small and medium sized road construction, road maintenance and drainage construction projects. The company started with small scale projects not exceeding UGX 200,000,000/ (two hundred million) while gaining a reputation for high quality services, reliability and timely completion of projects within the set time thus exceeding client expectations. The company has since grown steadily. This led to clients accepting that the company could handle much larger jobs. In 2011 the company's management came to the conclusion that the firm had grown sufficiently to alter its primary target market of smaller jobs i.e. one billion and less to much larger jobs of over one billion.
