Absolute Harmony

We are Absolute Harmony, Royal Holloways one and only A Cappella group! Welcome to the family! We are Absolute Harmony, Royal Holloways very own A Cappella vocal group and reigning Society of the Year! We perform a wide array of original arrangements, from current chart-toppers to legendary classics, all in 5-part harmony with beatboxers! We pride... ourselves on our accessibility and inclusivity and we celebrate every single one of our members. Last year at the annual Society Awards we received the award for the Best Online Event and three of our wonderful members won Society Crests! In the past, we have been awarded the Sarah Parker Remond Accessibility and Inclusivity Award, a prestigious award recognising the work that the 2019/20 Committee did to champion inclusivity for our LGBTQ+, disabled and BIPOC members. This year our Committee has chosen, as its committee charity, to support The Survivors Trust, a fantastic charity whose work helps and supports victims of abuse. Furthermore, our Choir chose the support the Motor Neurone Disease Association for our Summer Virtual Concert this year! Absolute Harmony truly is the most amazing University family. The 2019/20 year was an absolute triumph and this year we cannot wait for even more music, laughs and fun! Whilst COVID-19 might have changed the way we do things, we are still ready to have the most fantastic year! Rest assured there will be more collaboration and more inclusivity than ever before we pledge to shower our members with a choir full of love (from 2 metres away of course!) with countless socials, concerts (whether virtual or in-person) and workshops, collaborating with our Royal Holloway neighbours as well as national and international A Cappella choirs!
