After acquiring Quality Carpet Cleaning from Joe Cox in 2003, we saw a steady increase in the cleaning and restoration business locally. In order to become a more well rounded company, we decided to enter into the flooring installation business by purchasing Ballard Carpets Etc. in 2007. Those two businesses combined became Absolute Flooring Solutions in 2009. I take technical training for myself and my employees very serious.
