Born in Florida to Dr. Rick Bartlett Sr., an optometrist and Cass Salema, BSN Nurse, he shares a passion for helping others with a family who includes a sister Sara, a Physical Therapist in New Jersey... I am a 1986 graduate of Palmer Collage of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. I have practiced for 32 years in Texas. I am also a Designated Doctor for Work Comp in the state of Texas. As a young child, I experienced amazing results from Chiropractic. At age three, I lost the use of my right leg for reasons unknown. The medical profession was stumped as to why my right leg would not function. My parents were told by a brave nurse to take me to a chiropractor. One adjustment to my low back and my leg function was restored. Since then I have always wanted to be a chiropractor and have enjoyed helping many like I was helped by this amazing profession. Dr. Mike Cox D.C., was born in Texas, and has lived his whole life in Fort Worth. Dr. Cox played football and baseball at Richland High School. He attended Parker University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 1998.
