An Absolute Balance Bodywork LLC session will include a variety of massage and therapeutic techniques that will target the muscles and connective tissues in your body - which are the major components that allow you to sit, stand, reach, pull, push, walk, run, jump, and breath. Imbalances in these tissues are often the results o... f chronic pain, trauma, injuries, incomplete healing, bad habits, fatigue, stress, anxiety, and more. We will utilize modes of treatments such as Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point therapy, myofascial techniques, breathing exercises, joint mobilization techniques, facilitated stretching and exercises, and an integration of all these techniques. We will work together as a team to determine the best treatment plan that would offer the best results in regaining your absolute physical balance.
