Only when we were fully satisfied that these scalable technical and business systems were in place did our key consultancy personnel initiate trading. These processes and procedures have been improved over the years and still form our core operating standards today. Since our inception we have developed long term working relationships with many of our clients. We have also worked tirelessly to develop our own in-house database of almost 200,000 candidates which, in conjunction with our external resources and strong network of referrals enables us to continually source and attract the best talent in the market.
