We look to deliver to our clients the required rental yields that secondary dwellings can deliver but equally important is the capital va... lue of the properties we work on. A poorly designed, positioned and constructed secondary dwelling can in fact detract from the value of a property. We ensure the Abode2 enhances the value of the property. With our understanding of small, medium and larger projects we are able to provide building and/or project management services on a wide variety of affordable housing projects. We have been involved in the delivery of projects with construction costs in excess of $30 million dollars. Our more recent affordable housing projects are typically in the $1m - $3m price ranges. For larger projects where a modular construction technique is used, economies of scale are achieved as well as significant time savings. Whilst we work with clients who provide their own designs our preference is to Design and Construct as our team of architects/designers, engineers and other consultants have an intimate knowledge of modular construction which means we can deliver projects in a cost effective manner.
