Established in 2013, the ABLTC Foundation supports advocacy for long term-care residents through programs, such as the Alliance for Better Long Term Care, a Rhode Island nonprofit corporation originated in 1979 to protect the rights of elderly. The ABLTC Foundation's purpose is to benefit and support the purposes of the Alliance for Better Long Ter... m Care, Inc., a Rhode Island nonprofit corporation, directly or indirectly, through joint ventures, partnerships, or other entities, and to engage in any activities directly or indirectly related. The mission of the Alliance for Better Long Term Care, Inc. is to improve the quality of life and health care of residents of long term care facilities, assisted living facilities, and those who receive licensed health care or hospice in the home. The dedication of the staff to uphold this mission is unparalleled. The ABLTC Foundation conducts educational programs to advocate the rights of the elderly and support improving long term care. It sponsors fundraisers, such as golf tournaments and auctions. The ABLTC Foundation is a not for profit registered 501(c) (3) organization.
