A fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Anthony has a considerable number of years experience in the Commercial Property sector. Educated at Seaford College and then completed a BSc in Land Administration at North East London Polytechnic, qualifying in December 1983 and elected a fellow in February 1996. Commencing in the early 19... 80s with Rapleys, Anthony as an equity partner set up the Industrial and Commercial team, working from the Mayfair London office, with a focus on the corporate sector of Footsie 100 companies advising on the Development, Sale/Acquisition, Managment of Industrial/Warehouse and Out of Town Retail properties throughout the UK. In 1999, ABL Group was set up to provide Asset Management expertise to a number of private property Companies and individuals. Anthony was a Member the Global Property Investors advisory board, with specific emphasis on Retail/Distribution and Office Development and Asset Management in the EU.
