Tari Zarka is AAOTE's owner, main artist and designer, and the sole creator of TZ Glass jewelry and sculptures. AAOTE's signature Wood Diffuser Collection and TZ Glass Collections are manufactured and designed by AAOTE; all our products are assembled in Dublin, PA USA. Our wood collection is made from USA sustainably grown hardwoods. AAOTE has its... base in an old hosiery mill that was previously operated by Tari's family. In this space, we at AAOTE create and produce our signature aromatherapy and jewelry collections. The old hosiery mill is a piece of Bucks County history. It was started by Tari's grandparents and was in operation from approximately 1960-2014. In it's busiest years it employed approximately 100 people. Tari and her family have preserved a number of the hosiery machines. Today, AAOTE is far from 100 employees, but we're growing annually and continue to expand into new markets for our products. We love our work and are grateful for the privilege to be able to create unique products for a living. AAOTE believes in giving back. We donate a minimum of 5% of our profits to charity annually. We are proudly partnered with the following organizations: Whole Planet Foundation: Alleviating poverty globally by providing micro-credits to primarily female entrepreneurs in countries Whole Foods Market conducts trade. We annually donate .10 cents of each item sold in our WFM stores from September to December. JM HAWK Foundation: HAWK, Honoring All With Kindness, speaks to the effect that our words and actions have on others. The Foundation's motto of Shift & Lift spreads out to discourage trends of bystander mentality, bullying, shaming, and exclusion and to encourage mutual respect, ethics, and caring support in all interactions.
