Our office is located in a large modern office building that is centrally located. We also have state of the art equipment and programs that help us provide better service to our clients. Tenants can pay their rent online each month and owners can choose to have their rental proceeds directly deposited into their bank accounts electronically. We screen each new tenant first by running a multi bureau credit search, a criminal background and eviction search, verifications of income and rent history, and finally by preparing the best lease in the business, a 13 page document that protects you our client.
