Process Engineers were required to mobilize from South and Central America to work on a new water plant in Ghana. The company engaged to provide the services to the water plant, did not have an entity in Ghana or an international presence. They had their eye on the global market for some time yet after engaging with several agencies, they were unable to find a solution that would suit their needs and budget, resulting in delays of their project. After consulting with Uniglo, within 1 week of receiving the SLA, all the Engineers were mobilized to Ghana. The engineers have been working there for more than 1 year now, fully compliant. Uniglo took on the day to day local human resources function such as payroll, compliance, and contract management Telecoms Engineers and Tech employees possess skills that are in high demand. As the smart phone becomes the most integral part of ones life, experienced Engineers are recruited en masse to the top 4 Telecoms companies, particularly across the African continent as mobile services grow in popularity there. Some of these engineers work on projects for between 3- 24 months and are required to onboard immediately. with more than 800 telecoms employees mobilizing to over 30 African countries, ranging from Solution Architects to Radio frequency engineers.
