Rich Haynie Insurance

Rich Haynie has spent more than 30 years in the marine industry. After his time in the Navy, he was an owner/partner in HCH Yacht Sales before he and a group of his cohorts founded NW Yachting Magazine. Rich began his insurance career almost 20 years ago. His goal then was the same as it is today; to provide yacht and boat insurance for pleasure bo... aters as well as commercial insurance for yacht dealers, brokers, repair facilities and marinas with unparalleled service and superior coverage. Besides being a member of The Advantage Group, Rich is a founding member of Northwest Yacht Brokers Association. Along with his partners from HCH Yacht Sales and a few business friends, NYBA was founded to provide an alternate venue for boat shows. His professional associations include the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of Washington as well as Professional Insurance Agents. Rich has also served as a board member of the NW Marine Trade Association and the California Maritime Academy Foundation. Rich is currently active with the Ballard Maritime Academy at Ballard High School. He holds a Broker's license for Property & Casualty insurance and a Producer's license for Life & Disability insurance.Read More
