RWI Benefits, LLC was founded in 2007 by Robert Weaver. Robert is 100% owner of the company. As a member of the Quapaw Tribe of Oklahoma, Robert became concerned about the excessive cost associated with the employee benefits provided by the Tribal Enterprises to employees. Robert applied his ten years of experience in the health care and insurance... industries in reviewing all contracts, premium cost and service agreements associated with the benefit plans in place for Tribal Enterprises. The result of this review was the implementation of revised and renegotiated benefit plans with a savings in excess of four million dollars for 2007 alone. Since that initial experience, RWI Benefits, LLC has produced similar savings results for Tribal Enterprises owned by the Creek Nation Gaming Authority in Oklahoma, and the FireKeepers Development Authority in Michigan, owned by the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi. In total, RWI Benefits, LLC manages the insurance plans for three Native American Tribes including some 7,000 employees. RWI Benefits, LLC has offices in Joplin, Missouri; Tulsa, Oklahoma and Marshall, Michigan.
