Susan Dineen helps develop effective human capital and training requirements by leveraging her unique combination of practical business and senior management experience. All of the 9-1-1 Tech Advisor technology professionals have been involved in the design and deployment of numerous communications solutions for police, public safety, government, non-profit or enterprise organizations, including development of policies and practices for communications solutions.
