I am a German Certified Icelandic Horse Trainer (IPZV Trainer C - IPZV is the German Icelandic Horse Congress) and a USIHC national sport judge B. I have over 30 years of experience with different horse breeds and riding styles. Over the past 15 years since my husband Andreas and I moved to the US, I have traveled to Germany and Iceland for internships, lessons and seminars and have worked with: Janine Koehler, Gudmar Petursson, Marlise Grimm, Suzan Beuk, Nicole Kempf, Steinar Sigurbjörnsson, Sigrun Brynjarsdottir, Elisabeth Berger, Helga Thoroddsen, Ann- Christin Kloth, Silke Feuchthofen and other trainers to further educate myself. I continue to pursue my passion by furthering my studies of the Icelandic horse whenever possible. As an active member of the United States Icelandic Horse Congress (USIHC), I greatly enjoy working for it's education committee as well as the QUARTERLY magazine. After scribing and co- judging with many Internaional FEIF judges as well as attending judging seminars with Marlise Grimm and Thorgeir Gudlaugsson, I got certified as a national judge B in 2016 and am now looking forward to gaining more experience as a judge.Read More
