Alfredo Ingletti, 3TI PROGETTI Chairman, was named "CEO of the Year Medium Firm" at the 2017 European CEO Awards organized by ACE, Britain's leading consultancy and engineering association, which recognized 3TI "as excellent ambassadors for the profession". In 2018, 3TI Progetti appointed ten new partners, 7 women and 3 men, all of whom have worked in the organization for more than 10 years. The aim is to strengthen the application of employee ownership principles in 3TI, through ownership of company shares by the people who actively contribute to the productive life of our company. Today, 3TI Progetti is probably the largest Italian company that bases its growth on the principles of independence and sense of belonging guaranteed by the employee ownership model, as well as on the opportunities to develop constant knowledge transfers to the new generations.
