3J's Garden Maintenance

3J's is a family firm that has been in operation since 2000. Initially it was 'Dad' and my two eldest sons. They have both attended Merrist Wood Horticultural College and attained their NCH (National Certificate of Horticulture) with merit. Now, we employ two other full time employees who also have a horticultural background and take on students fr... om Merrist when the workload requires. 3J's started in the private garden sector and now apply the same high standards to our commercial contracts. We currently maintain five local schools and numerous private gardens. Our commercial customers liked the fact that we don't specify how many times a year tasks are to be performed as we prefer to work on the basis of, if something needs doing, it gets done! 3J's operate for fifty weeks of the year, closing for two over the Christmas period, and would attend site on a weekly basis. Obviously, depending on the season, the length of time at site and the number of operatives would vary. The only showstoppers would be snow or other severe weather conditions.
