Rachel grew up in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and her love of quilting wa... s influenced by the wonderful tradition of the Amish women and their quilts. She has been creating quilts for the past 15 years and has exhibitedin both the USA and Europe, where her quilts have received various ribbons. Her strengths are color coordination, design and precision piecing. She presently splits her time between residences in South Carolina and Oregon where she lives with her husband Jay and her Labradoodle, Finnegan. Mardyth started sewing at the age of eight, but discovered her love of quilting about 20 years ago. She is the owner of Juniper Canyon Quilting, a longarm quilting company. In addition to being a professional longarm quilter she teaches at several venues throughout the Northwest. Her strengths areprecision piecing and creative freehand quilting. Bev learned to sew as a 4H member at the age of nine. She has worked as a professional weaver. Her journey into quilting started after moving to Central Oregon in 2000. Fabric has always been her first love and batiks are her fabric of choice. Her passion for life and nature is evident in the vibrancy of her quilts. The quality and appeal of her work has been recognized with ribbons in shows and fairs. Bev's strengths include precision piecing, and exuberance of color. Pat was taught to sew by her mother as a youngster and refined her skills participating in 4H projects for twelve years. She learned at an early age the importance of precision piecing. She has always been passionate about fabric, but started incorporating it into quilt making 23 years ago while working at a quilt festival in Jackson Hole, WY.
