About 2XL Concepts
Our story started in 2008 at the depth of the monetary crisis. Jill and Bob Penaloza, our Founders, saw an opportunity to provide CEOs and Executives with confidential, unbiased and unfiltered feedback to reduce complexity on critical business issues from a fellow executive without a dog in the fight.
