16 Degrees Coaching

In terms of my background I have set up and run my own business, founded a social enterprise and worked at senior levels in international development for over fifteen years. It was through my work in international development that I was introduced to mentoring and latterly the power of coaching - where I was given the opportunity to coach across th... e British Civil Service. Since starting 16 Degrees Coaching I have been certified by Oxford Brookes University as a Skills and Performance Coach have become Steve Radcliffe trained (one of Europe's most successful leadership coaches), am a Careershifters and Firework advanced certified careers coach (and have led over ten, two month intensive, online career webinars supporting hundreds of individuals move into new more meaningful careers around the world). In addition I am also certified to use a powerful 360 tool called the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory. Over the last few years I have clocked over 2000 hours of coaching and I also sign up to the International Coaching Federation code of ethics. When I am not coaching you'll often find me on, in or near the sea, having circles run around me by my young family or trying out something new (be that hand crafting a longbow or trying out Brazilian Jiu Jitsu). I remain fascinated by the political, environmental, humanitarian and technological challenges we're facing and am always exploring how I can lean into this space.
