Established in 2018. 1031 Meals is a clean and healthy cafe and meal preparation service offering you robust options for your busy lifestyle. Your weekly pre-ordered meals can be delivered to you, picked-up in our retail store or selected from our Grab & Go cooler inventory. Our menus work for Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten-free lifestyles. In... addition, we offer a sit-down cafe open Sunday for brunch from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. - 3p.m. For breakfast and lunch. Our menus offer clean entrees as well as keto and vegetarian options. 1031 Meals is the product of husband and wife team, Ben and Erin Akey. Erin is a certified nutritionist and Kid's Nutrition Specialist whose passion is to educate her community on what real food is as well as on the dangers of processed fake food. Through speaking opportunities in local schools and churches, she has been able to help others make healthy lifestyle changes. So many that she has encountered or coached have asked for her help with the challenge of cooking and shopping in a nutritionally sound way. Partnering with her husband Ben, a certified Personal Fitness Chef, they felt led to start 1031 Meals in the Spring of 2018. Not simply as a side business but as a food and health ministry. 1031 Meal's nutrition philosophy is inspired by scripture, choosing foods from nature created by God.
