Yonatan Stern is ZoomInfo's fearless leader, also known as the company's Founder, CEO & Chief Scientist. Under Stern's leadership, ZoomInfo has experienced tremendous growth and increased profitability while remaining efficient in operation. Stern has been a finalist three times for Ernest & Young's "Entrepreneur of the Year," and has molded ZoomInfo into an award winning company. Most recently, ZoomInfo earned a spot on the 2015 Inc. 5000 list and was named as a Red Herring Top 100 North America winner.

Stern has a passion for science and has been active in cognitive research for over 30 years, developing useful products based on algorithms that track the way people reason. He's also a serial entrepreneur. In addition to ZoomInfo, Stern founded three other companies: CardScan, ServiceSoft, and Bizo, which was recently acquired by LinkedIn.

Stern previously served in the Israeli Army, where he advanced to the rank of Major. During his service, the President of the State of Israel awarded Stern a medal of distinction for outstanding technical achievements contributing to the security of the country.

In Stern's free time, he enjoys reading and spending time with his family.

As ZoomInfo's CFO, Steve Hill is focused on operational excellence. Hill brings over thirty years of experience with operational efficiency, profitability, and growth to the team. Prior to joining ZoomInfo, Hill spent a large portion of his career in the publishing industry where he held multiple positions at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, including Vice President of International Publishing, Vice President and Director of Operations for the company's School Publishing Division, and Executive Vice President for Houghton Mifflin Company's Trade and Reference Division, where he was responsible for the company's $90 million general print and electronic publishing business.

Hill's career has spanned a variety of industries and he has held a number of senior management roles in publishing, cable television, software and data services companies. Hill most recently held CFO roles at ByAllAccounts, Inoveer Solutions, and Burst Media Corporation.

Hill has served as a trustee of the National Braille Press, as Chairman of the Book Industry Study Group, as a member of the Association of American Publishers General Publishing Committee, and as a member of the technology committee at the New England Aquarium. He is also the President and Publisher of Flying Point Press, a publisher of narrative nonfiction and historical fiction books for adolescents. In his free time, Hill enjoys reading and golfing. He is also an avid sailor.

Peter J. Weyman is Chief Revenue Officer at ZoomInfo. He has over 30 years of experience in leadership roles in the technology industry. Prior to joining ZoomInfo, he was President and CEO of TCMPI, a leading supplier of brand name products for rewards, incentive programs, and corporate gifts. Before that, Weyman served as President and CEO of CardScan, until the company was sold to Newell Rubbermaid’s Sanford Brands Division where he served as Vice President. He has served as President and CEO at various companies over the years, including Fornova, Inc., and NobleNet, Inc. Weyman has also held multiple Vice President of Engineering titles and holds an SB from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

As CTO, Leo Laferriere is focused on every major system ZoomInfo builds, from data processing to product delivery systems. Laferriere has over 30 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining ZoomInfo, Laferriere held positions at several companies including Netegrity, an identity and access software provider. He served as the lead architect for SiteMinder Federation services and also holds a patent in his name.

At ZoomInfo, Laferriere has played a crucial role in upgrading the company's systems and infrastructure and works to make sure ZoomInfo products are efficient, scalable and secure. In his free time, Laferriere is an avid skier and enjoys spending time with his family.

Hila Nir heads the highly energetic marketing and product teams at ZoomInfo. Nir is responsible for lead generation and branding strategy through inbound and outbound marketing, including email campaigns, website optimization, content marketing, advertising, social media, webinars, and events. As head of the product team, Nir is responsible for creating and executing an integrated roadmap for the company from product planning, to product development, to go-to market strategy.

Nir is a CPA with a M.A. in economics. Prior to joining ZoomInfo, she served in a number of management roles in the financial industry at Brooks-Keret, Giza Singer Even, and Ernest & Young. Her background in business and accounting have allowed her to pioneer a company strategy based on direct success metrics, which allowed ZoomInfo to experience a 37% year-over-year growth, as well as consistent positive ROI, and increased profitability. It's no surprise that in 2014 Nir was named "One of 20 Women to Watch in Sales Lead Management," by the Sales Lead Management Association. In addition, Nir's efforts resulted in a Stevie Award for "Demand Generation Program of the Year."

The ZoomInfo marketing team has also received several honors including, a BMA B2 Award from the Business Marketing Association, and a Stevie Award for "Inbound Marketing Program of the Year." The marketing team was recently named a Gold Winner for "Marketing Team of the Year," by Network Product Guides. Under Nir's leadership, the marketing team has led a successful PR effort that has turned ZoomInfo into an award winning company. Recent honors include Stevie Awards for "Sales Growth Achievement of the Year," and, "Sales Department of the Year", a Red Herring Top 100 North America Award, and a spot on the Inc. 5000 list. ZoomInfo was also a finalist in the IT World Awards, and an SIIA Codie finalist for" Best Business Directory," and "Best Service Using Aggregated Content." ZoomInfo was recently named a finalist as one of the "Coolest Companies in Boston."

When Nir isn't working, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three children.

Phil is the head of ZoomInfo's corporate development team. He spends his time establishing and maintaining relationships with strategic business partners. Prior to ZoomInfo, Phil worked as a consultant for a variety of companies in the software and business intelligence markets. Additionally, he was a founding member of the OneSource (now known as Avention) management team, most recently serving as president for eight years. Prior to his role as president, Phil held the role of SVP Global Sales & Marketing as well as managing the European operation.

As Vice President of Research & Development, Nir Keren is the driving force behind ZoomInfo’s technological innovations. An entrepreneur at heart, Keren was the Founder and CTO of AdSAP, an all-in-one online advertising platform. He was also the founder and CTO of ONDiGO, a sales-automation platform, which automates tedious sales tasks and provides salespeople with a daily personalized action list for closing more deals. Prior to that, he served as an embedded software engineer at Ceragon Networks in Tel Aviv.
