As we forge further into the 21st century, the members of the Board of Directors of the St. Paul Scholarship Foundation are committed to ensuring educational empowerment by providing scholarships for Texas students in good academic standing who are in need. Throughout St. Paul's rich history, dating back to the late 1920's, its mission has not stra... yed from the primary focus of providing social and educational services for the benefit of our Texas young adults. During the last twenty-five years, we have successfully moved the program to new heights by ensuring that scholarships are awarded to needy and deserving Texas college students. As Board Chairman of the St. Paul Scholarship Foundation, I am proud to report that our mission has been direct and timely. As a Board, we take great pride in reflecting on our history, and in doing so, recognize and are honored to pay tribute to the school's founders, J.W. and Alice O.
